First their site captures me, then the gallery kisses me. Again, Gallery Ske is set in an older architectural home that is in direct contradiction to the current show. Fabuloso! A few weeks at their new location, the gallery is a maiden with fresh paint and little complexity. The current show by Zakir Hussain is a slide into surrealistic realism that helps you read the artist's mind and makes you wonder how the translation happens. Being an artist, I constantly think in tangents but am still awed by others who traverse the sphere with me.

I don't want to detail down his work but it is a must see for anyone who feels art is a language. Gallery Ske is headed into adventure and I am sure glad I caught a glimpse of its coat tail:)
